During my internship at Daeyoung Electronics, I focused on integrating UX methodologies into new product concept development, research, and strategy formulation. I gathered and analyzed user feedback to develop initial product concepts, defining product features and design with a user-centric approach. Through market research and competitive analysis, I identified opportunities for product differentiation and developed brand and market strategies that enhanced product-market fit. Additionally, I implemented a user feedback loop system to continuously improve products post-launch, significantly increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The project remains confidential until its public launch.
